3rd August 2009 - After narrowly surviving Julie bootcamp decided to go for a chill out in Cornwall.

Thought I should do a bit so decided to have a stroll along the coastal path Perranporth to Newquay, 9 miles says Jan no more like 8 1/2 says camping man 11 MILES says GPS and my feet. Bloody fibbers.

Followed with a cycle down the camel trail I have now come back to Julie Bootcamp for a break from holidays.

Oh the coastal path runs through military land........
