20th September 2009 - Don't panic when you see the photo, I didn't keel over and have to be rescued. I went to the Airbase voluntarily, Honest.

10th September 2009 - Spent a couple of days on the South Downs, I can report there are a lot of hills there. Isn't this supposed to get easier !!! my bum hurts

30th August 2009 - Spent a week training up North, had an element of fight club.

23rd August 2009 - Went for a proper walk with the professionals in the Peak district. Several times I thought I might actually die but I did against all odds survive and finish the walk. To my ultimate surprise I have fallen in Love with hill walking, I may not be good yet but I'm going to learn cause it is Brilliant.

8th August 2009 - went camping with Dawn, Jay and Emma. Even D took a walk.
