28th June 2009 - Big exercise weekend.

Rode my bike to Romford on Saturday several pedestrians kindly (and colourfully) expressed to me their feelings about cyclists as I cycled along cycle paths !!!

I even made it back to Aveley, on my bike not the bus,

On Sunday walked from Chelmsford to Maldon along the canal with Nik's and Bobby. And what was the high point, getting a long walk, good company, picturesque scenery. NO of course not. Cake at Papermill lock was mmmmmm home made. Oh I mean salad, I had a salad of course I am in training.
